The Higaonon Tribe headed by Datu Mampahaluna and Amba Mambinayhon built the Iliyan , a meeting place for the tribe. This was constructed with the support of Meralco Foundation Inc through Col Alex Escano for materals, HOLCIM for the cement while the .Tribe provided the manpower . The construction process also provided a venue for practical training in construction trades
