GUEST SPEAKER AT POLICE REGIONAL OFFICE 10

I was invited to present the Programs and Projects of TESDA 10 during a Distinguished Visitors Program in the grounds of the Regional Police 10 in December 4, 2006. I am glad Engr. Bing Villamor took these pictures together with Mr. Armando Paasa.

It was an experience that is always remembered as I made many friends in the Police force and have encouraged a few of them and their beneficiaries to  train in TESDA training Programs.
